Dear Don and Major: I was so sorry to hear about Kathy's passing. She was a great person. From almost my first day as District Attorney, Kathy was a valued friend and source of help. She worked hard for Philadelphia and Pennsylvania. She was always upbeat and positive. I know she will be missed by all who knew her. I am very sorry for your loss. George Skumanick.
