Condolence From: Tammy Bradley (Niece) Daughter of Sal
Condolence: Aunt Mary! I had been searching for the Carrila Family ever since I was a child. When I finally found Aunt Mary it was as if I had never been lost or gone. She was so welcoming, loving, and caring. She told me stories of her life and my fathers life and everyone else. I soaked it all in. This was 2009. The first time we met was in her home on Daley street. I remember it was so hot a my husband and I drove up from North Carolina to met her. She had this dog Maxie, Who wouldn’t quit barking. Aunt Mary would scream at the top of her lungs “SHUT UP Maxie”. My husband quickly looking at me and said now I see we’re the yelling comes from. We had a great laugh.
Her and I love having Pizza with Hot chilie Peppers on them. Their is know in my family that I know that likes it likes that. She loved Black Licorice and so do I, she LOVE’S New Hope, PA in the Fall and so do I. I loved meeting with all her friends in New Hope and the Community Center. She had so many: all Italian of course they all live within blocks from rack other. Two of her closest friends was Mary Lou and Margret. Everyone knew her at her Center. I would play Bingo with her a lot of my visit. She was the life of the party.
She love her Faith she was very strong in it. When she was strong enough she would go to mass on Saturday Nights, she would pay to have the Pink Nuns Pray for different members of the family. She had a strong belief in God, Christ, and so on.
But the three people who were highlights in her life were the many visits with Lana, Nichols and she would say the Beautful Baby❤️ They were a blessing to her! She always know she could could on Lana! She loved her.
To me Aunt Mary Is a one of a kind person. A person who once you met her you never forget her. I could listen to her tell her stories for hours. She was right to the point, spoke her option freely,
My life has been truest blessed to have had her in it.

I know she is pain free now and loving being with her love ones and friends. But as for me I feel I wish I could had more time with her.

I loved having her yell at me asking why I hadn’t called, or when was I coming to see her. It meant she really cared and loved me!
I love you Aunt Mary and can’t wait to see you again. Aunt Mary Dance, Sing and have fun now.
❤️😍❤️Love Alway,
Tammy Bradley

Condolence: Aunt Mary she was to all . She was a guiding light when things got rough her attitude much like her brothers Eddie, Sammy and Sister Elvira helped all of us when we needed it most. She was very talented singing Opera as I remember it when I was young and her love of Theatre which she bestowed on us as well. She sang with the church choir for both Epiphany and Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul. She was kind to others and gave even if she didn't have it to give . Truly a great Aunt to have I will always treasure my memories of her and the time she came to the hospital when I was 15 years old and brought me a puppy in a brown bag to cheer me up even though the hospital did not permit it. My mom being afraid of dogs left it to Aunt Mary to hold onto which was a testament to her great love of Animals she did for many years. God Bless You Aunt Mary and may you watch over all of us as I know you will.

Condolence: To the family,
Mary was a such a good soul. She always had a smile or a funny story to share. Her talent as a painter was shining through. She will be missed. Even though she moved away from the center, she is still remembered and loved.
