My very good, sweet and kind friend and neighbor "The Donald" as I called him and he called me "The Fran." You were one of the most kind loving people I have known in my life and the greatest neighbor. You and The Marge always made me feel like family. I loved that I could walk into your home w/o calling just like a family member. It always felt good knowing your were right there when I looked out my door. It pains me right now to sit on my step because I have so many memories of you emptying the trunk of your car after a trip to the shore, and us chatting it up while Margie stood at the top of the steps taking in the suitcases.
