Condolence: I was so saddened to hear the news of Tony's passing. Over the years, I think he and I set a record for talking about Phillies' baseball before a Master's hearing. Tony was a total "inside baseball" man. He loved our National Pastime so much that even when the Phillies were losing, it was a joy to talk about the "hopes and promises" of the future. Well, Tony went to the Lord on a day when the Phillies beat the A's. How appropriate! Will miss you, dear friend. Mark Momjian

Condolence: My thought and prayers go out to Master Vanore's wife, Maria, and children, Lisa and Anthony. He spoke of you with such love . I pray that your sweet memories carry you through your time of grief and pain. I am honored that I had many opportunities to appear before him when I practiced family law, and that I was able to receive his wise counsel. We will miss him.

Condolence: I am saddened to learn of the death of Master Vanore. While I clashed with him often, I always respected his knowledge and practicality. He always spoke so lovingly of his family and was always ready with a story about them. I will remember him fondly. My heart goes out to his family at this difficult time. Please know he was respected and really made a difference in the lives of those he touched.

Condolence: On behalf of the Family Law Section of Philadelphia Bar Association, I write to extend our deepest sympathy to Master Vanore’s wife, Maria and his children Lisa and Anthony. For most of the past 45 years, Anthony has been a fixture in our courts, in his younger years as a law clerk, and for the last several decades as a Divorce Master, assisting countless Philadelphia families in resolving a myriad of problems. A job he performed tirelessly and with an overarching commitment to the principals of equity and justice and in the process educating almost every Family Law attorney in Philadelphia. The bar has lost one of its best, and his absence will be felt for many years to come.

Condolence: He added so much to Family Court and gave so much help and friendship to his colleagues….truly we will miss him.

Condolence: It is with much sadness that I heard of the passing of Master Vanore. He was a warm and wonderful person and always a pleasure to be in front of on a case, oftentimes sharing a funny story. He worked hard, started promptly and handled cases in a practical yet compassionate way. My thoughts go out to his family.

Condolence: The passing of Divorce Master Vanore touches me deeply. He was a knowledgeable and hard-working master for many years. More importantly he was a great friend. His hearty laugh and smile are seared in my memory. Our court will not be the same without him. My prayers go out to the family. He loved you and spoke highly of you.

Condolence: I am so proud to have been in the family since my daughter met Anthony. YOU AND Maria have welcome us on many holiday gatherings and not to mention all the outdoor fun our family had. all the laughs. I know your love and smile will see us though it all, I will miss you and never forget YOU. Love you!
