Dear Joan and family. Sorry to read in the daily paper that Fred has passed away. Both of us were employees of the Philadelphia Water Department. I remember when he reported for work at the NE plant on his first day he was an excellent employee. There was no better. You may remember me Fred's uncle Fred married my sister Rita. Sorry I can not make the Funeral. My wife is seriously ill and I am the 24 hour caregiver. Carmen F. Guarino
