Dear Liberati Family: It came as a shock to return from vacation and to learn that Bernie is no longer here with us. If ever I had a problem with a shipment or a query, I knew that I could fully rely on him to provide a succinct answer that I could understand. I knew too that that everything would be handled professionally and flawlessly executed. On top of that, which would have been sufficient in and of itself, it was always such a pleasure to work with him and I enjoyed hearing from him.
