Joseph Mollo, Age 57, was a cherished husband, devoted father, son, brother, and friend, passed away on December 17, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering commitment. He was a true family man.
Born to Elvira and the late Vincent Mollo, Joseph was raised in a household filled with warmth and love. He shared a special bond with his late brother, Michael, and found solace in the embrace of his family, including his loving wife, Lisa (nee Fulginiti) Mollo, their children, Christopher and Emily Mollo, and their seven beloved fur babies.
Joseph's life was a testament of dedication to his family and his career. His heart overflowed with love for his family, evident in the endless support he provided to his children and all of the foster children he helped raise.
A man of profound integrity, warmth, humor, and of course a sense of sarcasm too, Joseph touched countless lives with his genuine kindness and generosity. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the VIEWING on Friday evening, December 22, 2023, from 6 pm to 8 pm at THE MONTI RAGO FUNERAL HOME located at 2531 S. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19148. Another viewing will be held on Saturday morning, December 23, 2023, from 10 am to 11 am at St. Monica’s Church, 17th and Ritner Sts., Philadelphia, PA 19145, followed by Joseph’s funeral mass at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers and honoring Joseph’s life and love of his children, the family requests any gestures of generosity to support Christopher and Emily’s education should be in care of Lisa Mollo
Joseph Mollo's departure leaves an irreplaceable void in the lives of his family and friends, but his spirit will continue to shine brightly through the memories and love he shared with everyone fortunate enough to have known him. In respecting the family's wishes, interment will be private.
