I met Joe in the late 70’s as a young supervisor at UPS Oregon Ave. He was the district automotive manager with so much pride in our vehicle fleet. A package care never left the building with a dent, a scratch, or any dirt. That was back when UPS didn’t advertise, because our driver and fleet appearance were our best advertisement. Joe was typical of the cornerstone foundation that built UPS.
