James "Jay" W. October 9, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Irene (nee Fountas). Devoted father of Dr. James (Candace) and John (Denise) Flowers. Loving grandfather of Jimmy (Alana) Flowers, Michael (Rachel) Flowers, Nicholas, John and Justin Flowers. Great grandfather of Gabriel Flowers. Son of the late Ira and SC Flowers. Brother of Dorothy Newman, Jenette (Davis) Kelly, and the late Caine, Frankie, Ulma, Lester and Hicks. Brother in law of Sonny Fountas and the late Maryann Kelly. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited his viewing Friday October 14, 2022 9AM until 10AM followed by his funeral mass at 10AM at The Epiphany of Our Lord Church 11th and Jackson Streets. Int SS.
