DOLORES “DEE” (nee Forte); April 14, 2020. Devoted wife of the late Lorenzo Monzo. Beloved mother of Charlene (John) Natale, Michele (Jim) Sabogal, and Lori Gianchetti. Loving grandmother of Kristin (Anthony) Fasullo, Jacki Natale, David Sabogal, Erica (Tmax) Varrasse, Dena Natale, Sarah Sabogal, Lauren Gianchetti, Matthew Gianchetti, and Christopher Gianchetti. Great-grandmother of Anthony and Liliana Fasullo. Devoted daughter of the late Erasmo and Annie (nee Spinelli) Forte. Dolores was born and raised in South Philadelphia and was a graduate of South Philadelphia High School. She was a homemaker raising her 3 daughters and worked with her husband in their business. She started a second career working for Jefferson Hospital for 23 years. Dolores had a strong faith in God. She was also a kind and generous person who enjoyed her family and friends and left a tremendous family legacy. Viewing and interment for Dolores will be held privately. A memorial visitation and service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made in her memory to the Salvation Army, Ray & Joan Kroc Center of Philadelphia, 4200 Wissahickon Ave., Phila., PA 19129.
