SMITH
JAMES DOUGLAS "DOUG"; passed away at the age of 64 on January 11, 2018 at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital with Harold Perry his life partner of 47 years by his side. Doug was the 2nd born of five children to Father James McDonald Smith and Mother Virginia Wagner. He is survived by his adopted son, grand-nephew Akeem Perry, three loving brothers and one Sister. Many friends and family that will keep him in their hearts forever will miss him.
